The pans feel substantial with an aluminum core, stainless steel handles and base plate. The ceramic coating arrives glassy smooth and releases eggs with barely any oil. Fit and finish are excellent, from the comfortable handles to the magnetic pan racks that keep everything organized.
Value
At $395 this is a premium set, but the price includes lids, storage organizers and a lid holder that other brands sell separately. Comparable ceramic sets cost less, though few look this good. If you cook daily and care about non toxic materials, the price is justifiable.
